Lavere Lash accepts the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer via virtual account (BNI, BCA and Mandiri). All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Upon successful payment processing you will receive a confirmation of your payment. If your payment is unsuccessful, Lavere Lash will not be advised why the payment has failed, therefore, you should contact your credit card provider for details. If your payment fails, please arrange an alternative payment method promptly.
Online payments will be processed using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and your credit card number will be protected with a high level of encryption when transmitted over the internet. Lavere Lash will not have access to your credit card details.
All sales are final. Merchandise may not be returned for a refund, credit, or exchange; unless received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s) was shipped. Qualified refunds and returns mabe be charged a restocking fee of up to 15% or IDR 150,000 (whichever is greater). No product can be returned without advance authorization. To obtain advance authorization, contact Lavere Lash at email@example.com within 14 days of the delivery date. Please reference your order number and photos of damage if applicable.
